campfire roasted chicken legs, red beans, corn and french cut green beans. pretty ordinary main course, but the wow was desert. i whittled down a sapling and we roasted cinnamon dusted apple slices over the fire and when caramelized we dipped them in cinnamon swirl yogurt.
taking inspiration from jim & nick's taco tuesday...
i made fried tilapia tacos with an asian slaw and steamed corn
